先定義標準欄位契約 Define the standard column contract first 沒有統一時間戳、單位、機組代碼、地點與版本號，後面所有模型與決策接口都會持續返工。 Without a unified timestamp, unit, asset code, location, and version, every downstream model and decision interface keeps getting reworked.

鎖定六個核心分布因子 Lock down the six core distribution factors 要先明確哪些輸出一定是分布，而不是讓每個模型團隊各自決定。 Decide upfront which outputs must be distributional — do not leave it to each modelling sub-team.

寫出硬約束與軟約束表 Write the hard- vs. soft-constraint table 這件事會直接決定決策引擎長什麼樣，也決定人工能覆寫到什麼程度。 This directly shapes the decision engine and bounds what human overrides can do.

常見卡點 Common bottlenecks

資料看起來都有，但時間定義不一致 Data looks complete, but timestamp definitions disagree 例如氣價是到廠時間、電價是交易時段、機組資料是採樣時間，三者如果不對齊，模型會學到錯誤關係。 Gas prices reference delivery time, power prices reference the trading window, and unit data references sample time — if not aligned, models learn the wrong relationships.

只做點預測，沒有分布 Only point forecasts, no distributions 這會讓決策引擎無法處理尾部風險，只能做平均情境決策。 Without distributions the decision engine cannot price tail risk — it can only optimise for the average case.

人工覆寫沒有留痕 Human overrides leave no trace 最後會沒辦法判斷是模型錯、資料錯，還是人工 override 造成偏差。 Eventually nobody can tell whether the deviation came from the model, the data, or a human override.
